Karolyn SaccocciaDirector
Karolyn has worked at The Academy since October 1991. She received her Bachelor’s Degree from The University of Rhode Island. She has worked at The Academy in many capacities, first in the Infant/Toddler Rooms and then as the Head Teacher in the Preschool. Her current position is Director. Karolyn lives in Warwick with her husband Tony and nine year old twins Cameron and Elise.

Stacey McDuffeeDirector/ Education Coordinator
Stacey has worked at The Academy since September of 1997. She has taught Preschool, Kindergarten and is currently one of the Directors as well as the Educational Coordinator. Stacey received her Bachelor’s Degree from Rhode Island College. Stacey lives in Smithfield with her husband Eric and her two sons Cole and Logan.

Jennifer ShammasFamily Activity Coordinator/ School Age Lead Teacher
Jenn has worked at The Academy since August of 2003. She has her Associates Degree from the University of Rhode Island and is currently pursuing her Elementary Education Degree from Rhode Island College. Jenn lives in Cranston with her Fiancé’ and her two sons Tyler and Riley.

Lindsay CramerLead Teacher Panda Classroom
Lindsay has worked at The Academy since February 2001. She has her CDA Credential from CCRI. Lindsay has work in many of the classroom at The Academy, Infants through Preschool. She is currently teaching the Panda classroom (older 2’s). Lindsay lives in Sterling, Connecticut with her husband Chad and two sons Chad and Cody.
